UK Cheese, also known as Exodus Cheese or Cognitiva, is a legendary British cannabis phenotype selected from a pack of Skunk #1 seeds around 1988–89. Preserved and distributed by the Exodus Collective in Luton, England, it became the most culturally significant cannabis strain to emerge from the UK. It is an indica-dominant hybrid (80% indica / 20% sativa) renowned for its unmistakable sharp, aged-cheese aroma, euphoric body relaxation, and well-rounded high. With THC levels of 18–23%, it is potent enough for experienced users while remaining approachable due to its gradual, terpene-modulated onset.
