Sherb IX is an indica-dominant hybrid (70–75% indica / 25–30% sativa) bred by the Netherlands-based Karma Genetics. It is created by crossing Gelato #33 with Sunset Sherbet, resulting in a potent, dessert-forward strain celebrated for its creamy, fruity flavor and happy, sociable high. With a THC range of 20–21%, it delivers a creeping euphoria that transitions into a creative, talkative, and relaxed state. It is frequently used for chronic stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and appetite loss. Sherb IX is also a notable parent strain in Karma Genetics' breeding program, used in crosses such as Sherb Biker and Sherb Tini.
